| In 2010, Zhejiang Zhongzhou Bearing Co., LTD. was established to manufacture high precision and low noise bearings products at Hangzhou Bay New District in Ningbo. The company’s fundamental principles are to innovate and adopt the latest technological advancement in bearing technology, and to compete with famous bearing company domestic and overseas. CBB bearings aim to solve customers’ problems and pursue to supply highly cost effective products. CBB Company has been integrated with world-class leading bearing companies’ production management concept and invests heavily in all high-end equipment to provide advanced and high precision cost-effective products to clients. It has adopted TQM(Total quality management) process and uses all latest production engineering process and advanced production technologies such as 100% fully automatic production line for grinding, super finishing and assembly to ensure higher efficiency and consistent quality management of our products. CBB Company is built to be a top-ranking bearing manufacturer in modern management with over half college graduates. Our production management team constituted from a pool of talents recruited from leading world class bearings manufacturers. All front line workers are recruited from top class technological and mechanical universities in CHINA. With all CNC grinding and assembly equipments for high precision bearings, CBB company ensure cooling liquid clean and keep temperature constant by concentrating filter and cooling system, which are for bearings’ quality stability and high precision. CBB Company adopts series of advanced tech. in production line layout, researches and develops grinding, super-finishing, assembly fully automatic line with professional operators, and gains independent intellectual proper right in manufacturing layout. This scientific and efficient production line is in domestic leading level. Our raw material supply chain management is based on advanced research on each raw material suppliers. In stringent selection and inspection process, it adopts synergic collaboration mentality to build up suppliers’ quality level to meet its expectations. It has formed R&D center to provide scientific results of finished products to re-engineer improvements in the production process. Operators conduct all raw material chemical composition tests to ensure product lifespan expectation results. Operators also conduct all mechanical tests such as noise level and vibration level and most importantly bearing usage tests to gather critical information for all products, precision measurement, physical and chemical test and so on. R&D values every customer, supports every customer and solves every customer’s problems. CBB Company produces bearing products of precision class P5 reaching word-class standards of noise level Z4 V4 and above. Precision equipments account for 30%.
